Freshwater Wetlands

Freshwater and Coastal wetlands can be a serious design hurdle in development of your project. We specialize in accurately identifying these impacts early in the development of the site.

Wetlands Delineations and Letters of Interpretation

We determine the wetland boundaries on your site and delineates the boundary both efficiently and accurately.  In conjunction with our GPS/GIS Mapping department, this wetland line can then be recorded and submitted to the NJDEP for approval or provided to your engineer or surveyor for incorporation into your site plans.
Once field activities are completed we then prepare and submit a wetland Letter of Interpretation Application for submission to the NJDEP.  The application will establish the wetland boundary on the site and the appropriate transition area width.  Price Range: $250-$2,000+ depending on the size of the property and the work required.

Transition Area Waivers and Wetland General Permits

We can help you and your design team develop your property to the fullest extent possible using Transition Area Waivers and General permits to allow limited disturbance of wetlands and transition areas. Price Range: $750-$1,200 /permit, depending on the size of the property.

Individual Permits

We can provide wetland individual permits for various forms of development allowable by an Individual permit.  These permits include necessary infrastructure improvements and telecommunications tower services.
